We are thrilled to let you know that we are reopening ESBE Salon on Tuesday [June 30, 2020]! We cannot wait to welcome you back into our Salon for a much needed catch up and pamper.
Please know that we have to do things a little differently, but we are still the same ESBE Salon you know and love. We are doing our part to create the safest environment possible for both staff and clients and we ask that you please be patient and understanding as we implement the new guidelines that are required by the state of California.
Appointment Instructions: Upon arrival, we ask that you wait in your car or outside until you are notified when your stylist is ready. You must arrive alone. At this time, no friends, family or pets will be able to accompany you.
We ask that you wear a mask, covering your nose and mouth, for the entire duration of your appointment. If you do not have one, we will have some available for purchase.
We will be using a touchless thermometer to take and log your temperature at the door. Any temperature exceeding 100 degrees F will be asked to reschedule.
Sanitizer will be provided for you to use upon entry and multiple sanitation stations will be set up throughout the salon for your use.
While we were closed, we were busy preparing for our reopening with lots of new safety, hygiene and distancing measures in place. As such, we are kindly asking customers not to make an appointment if:
You have experienced any cold or flu symptoms in the last 14 daysHave been in contact with anyone with cold or flu symptoms in the last 14 days
Please understand that we will be disinfecting tools and stations between clients, so we ask that you arrive on time. We may not be able to add extra services to your appointment once booked.
We can no longer offer you coffee, tea, magazines or a place to sit while you are waiting, but we can offer you hand sanitizer, masks, filtered air and UV sanitized stations. And even though you can't see our full faces, know that we are smiling behind our masks and hugging you in our minds.
